REFUND POLICY

Warranty

All of products come with a Lifetime Manufacturing defect Warranty. (This does not cover misuse or negligent use outside of their intended use they are designed for and is at our discretion to determine that. All hardware used in conjunction with are products are also not included with our warranty. We are a small startup that is striving to gain the trust and satisfaction of our customers and at no point hesitate to reach out to us at sales@lewelding.com with any issues, questions, or needs for our products.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We have a 15% restocking fee. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to us.

 

Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or just need a refund, send us an email at sales@lewelding.com and send your item to 68 E Ln. Selden, Kansas, United States.

Shipping Protection

We currently purchase insurance on every order we ship and that is reflected in our shipping cost this also includes all orders eligible for free shipping. You may be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier. Please reach out to us within 7 days for us to help you get pointed in the right direction to start a claim.

 Missing or Damaged Item(s)

We strive not to have any mistakes with your order but if you do receive your order with a missing item(s), or damaged please let us know as soon as possible. You have seven days from the delivery date to notify us. After seven days we are not liable for any missing or damaged items.

 

Shipping

 *Not Guaranteed to ship daily due to High Demand.

We Typically ship within 1-2 Business days but may take up to 7 days to ship dependent upon order volumes. If items show a current live inventory number be aware that if an order is made with other products that all products in order ship together and order will only go out when every item in order is ready to ship.

Please make sure you put the correct Shipping address. Be sure to include your Hotel Name, Apt Number etc .  If the item is sent to the incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) to the updated correct address.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
